Crazy about peanut butter treats? Your heart will melt for these totally decadent muffins.
Would you believe me if I told you this little culinary miracle contains a whopping 10 grams of protein per serving? Unbelievable. These muffins, with their scrumptious peanut butter and chocolate taste, are little bundles of joy for lovers of Reese’s candies. Because they’re high in protein, these muffins are also an excellent post-workout recovery snack.
Why?
Because after training or a sports event, we need to replenish our carbohydrate stores and increase our protein intake. Therefore, this muffin would be just perfect with a glass of milk (or soy milk) and a handful of nuts.
What more could you ask for?
I personally just love peanut butter. I even like it at any hour of the day. These muffins sweetened with date puree are therefore a great option. So far, everyone’s been telling me they’re absolutely amazing. And what if I told you they were one of those muffins that are the talk of the town? Hahaha!
Will you be able to resist the temptation to bake a batch today?
