60 g (3 tbsp.) Madame Labriski date puree (vanilla)
230 g (250 ml or 1 cup) milk (or plant-based milk)
140 g (1 cup) frozen sliced strawberries
40 g (1/3 cup) dried cranberries sweetened with apple juice

60 g (3 tbsp.) Madame Labriski date puree (vanilla)
230 g (250 ml or 1 cup) milk (or plant-based milk)
140 g (1 cup) frozen sliced strawberries
40 g (1/3 cup) dried cranberries sweetened with apple juice

4 steps

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and blend well using a hand mixer.
Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds.
Pop them in the freezer.
Once they’re frozen, serve!

Where can I buy Madame Labriski date puree?

At IGA, Rachelle Béry, Marché Tradition and Bonichoix grocery stores across Quebec. My purees contain no preservatives and can be found in the fruit and vegetable section (yes, dates are fruit) near the pre-cut fruit and vegetables. If you can’t find them, simply ask a member of staff!

The recipe calls for a plant-based beverage, can I use regular cow’s milk instead?
