History

I’m totally crazy about this recipe.
Featured in chapter 6 of my new cookbook of energizing snacks entitled Collations Énergisantes, this recipe is GLUTEN FREE and VEGAN (egg free and dairy free), so it should be a hit with everyone.

These energy balls actually taste just like the kind of cookie dough you can eat raw… or in the shape of little balls. Hahaha! And there’s no added refined sugar or questionable sources of fat. A healthy, simple dough for anyone who wants to satisfy that craving for raw cookie dough. What more could you ask for?

This recipe is perfect for when you need that little energy boost in between two meals. It’s also a great option if you want a handy snack to take with you on your next hike in the woods.
