Strawberry Popskis(Strawberry and cranberry frozen popsicles)

Hurray for strawberries! After my Fudgeskis, I’m back again with another ingenious summertime recipe for homemade popsicles sweetened with date puree: my Strawberry Popskis. Simple, delicious and just as surprising as they are refreshing, these little frozen delights will make you feel like you’re in seventh heaven. Three cheers for strawberries and date puree!

I’m crazy about frozen treats. This recipe for strawberry popskis makes it feel like Christmas and Valentine’s Day all rolled into one. It’s true love with a refreshing twist. Hahaha! Will you be so bold as to try the recipe yourself?

Hip, hip hooray for summer days and date puree!


  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and blend well using a hand mixer.

  2. Pour the mixture into your popsicle molds.

  3. Pop them in the freezer.

  4. Once they’re frozen, serve!

Storage (in a airtight container)

  • It’s a good idea to keep them in the freezer! Hahaha!


  • 60 g (3 tbsp.) Madame Labriski date puree (vanilla)

  • 230 g (250 ml or 1 cup) plant-based milk (or cow’s)

  • 140 g (1 cup) frozen sliced strawberries

  • 40 g (1/3 cup) dried cranberries sweetened with apple juice
