The VegaMegaMatchaPlant-based protein, matcha and puffed quinoa cookies

VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE, WITH NO ADDED SUGAR and HIGH IN PLANT-BASED PROTEIN, these cookies are bite-size bundles of inner joy. Energizing and easy to make, they’ll allow you to keep on going for longer… and to think they’re so light as well. So, all my fellow sportsmen and sportswomen out there and everyone else who needs food to survive (hahaha!), you’ll be in seventh heaven with these blissful little treats made with vanilla-flavoured VEGA Protein Smoothie powder. Fun, fun, fun!

SOURCE OF PROTEIN, fibre and the very essence of simplicity. Life is goodski.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. In a bowl, mix together the Madame Labriski date puree (original or vanilla), plant-based milk, chia seeds and one serving of vanilla-flavoured VEGA Protein Smoothie powder until well combined.

  3. Now add the matcha, unsweetened toasted coconut flakes and puffed quinoa and stir thoroughly!

  4. Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat because if you don’t everything will stick. Now we wouldn’t want to let a swear word slip, would we? ;-)

  5. Drop the dough onto a baking sheet using a spoon or measuring scoop to create nice plump Labriski cookies. If you want, you can use a smaller scoop to make handy, pocket-sized snacks that are perfect pick-me-ups after a workout or sports activity!

  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Allow to cool on a rack before digging in. *If you prefer them to be a bit crispier, go for the longer, 20-minute cooking time.

  7. Gogogoski! Get active and then take a bite of pure happiness with the VegaMegaMatcha.
